There really isnt sufficient research to deem it safe in pregnancy. However, the american pregnancy association suggests avoiding caffeine as much as possible during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Lactic acid in breast milk can cause it to have a slightly bitter taste for the baby.
Also i would avoid all supplements unless your pediatrician gives the okay.
